Return and Refund Policy

Our returns policy lasts 14 days from receipt of the item. If 14 days have passed since you received the item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Hygiene Products, Diapers and Training Pajamas

We pay particular attention to the quality and integrity of hygiene products, including diapers and training pajamas, due to their essential nature for your child's health and well-being. For health, safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of these products unless there is a fault or non-compliance with your order.

Return Conditions for Hygiene Products



1. Failure to manufacturing :

If you receive a hygiene product, diaper or training pajamas with a manufacturing defect or if it does not correspond to your order, please contact us immediately at support@kiddomum.com. We will assess the situation and take the necessary steps to remedy the problem.

2. Damage during Delivery:

If the hygiene product, diaper or training pajamas is damaged during delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will ask you to provide photos of the damaged product and its packaging in order to resolve the problem quickly.

Exclusions

In addition to the cases mentioned above, hygiene products, diapers and training pajamas are not eligible for returns for hygiene and safety reasons. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products, and we strive to ensure that each product meets the highest safety and quality standards.

We understand that hygiene products, diapers and training pajamas are essential for your child's comfort and health, which is why we take rigorous measures to maintain their quality. If you have any concerns regarding a hygiene product, diaper or training pajamas you have received, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will make every effort to resolve the situation satisfactorily.

General Return Conditions

For other items eligible for returns, the following terms and conditions apply:

1. Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.

2. Contact for a Return:

To make a return, please contact us at support@kiddomum.com specifying your order number.

3. Refunds:

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you of our decision whether to approve or reject your refund request. If your request is approved, a refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Finally, contact your bank, as there is often a processing time required before a refund is posted. If after completing all these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@kiddomum.com.

5. Sale Items:

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

6. Exchanges:

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange a defective or damaged product for the same item, please email us at support@kiddomum.com.

Gifts

If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will know that you returned the item.

Shipping

To return a product, please contact us at support@kiddomum.com, and you will then receive the return label.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from this.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary. If you are shipping an item worth more than

above 75€, we recommend that you use a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or take out delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
